Rebecca Wooster

Rebecca Wooster is a dedicated Wills & Estates lawyer who joined the firm in 2023, bringing with her a passion for making complex legal matters simple and accessible for her clients. She completed her law degree at Victoria University before undertaking her practical legal training at Leo Cussen. Before joining the team, she gained valuable experience working in a Glen Waverley firm, focusing primarily on estate planning and property law.

Rebecca works closely with clients to ensure their estate planning needs are carefully structured and legally sound. She assists with drafting Wills, Testamentary Trust Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Medical Treatment Decision Makers, and Binding Death Benefit Nominations for Self-Managed Super Funds. Rebecca ensures that she understands her clients needs well, and provides detailed advice and drafting, to ensure that her clients and their families are looked after well.

When a family member or loved one passes away, Rebecca is absolutely the lawyer that you can rely upon. She is calm and empathetic, but also organised and meticulous with her work, so you know that you are in good hands. Rebecca helps clients navigate the estate administration process, from obtaining Probate and Letters of Administration to managing and distributing estate assets, handling superannuation and life insurance claims, and facilitating property transfers.

Based mainly in the Warragul office, Rebecca also spends Mondays in the Drouin office and is available to assist clients across both locations.

Outside of work, Rebecca is a big footy fan and enjoys unwinding with a good book or spending quality time with her sisters.
