Julie Notman

Julie Notman is a highly experienced Law Clerk and Legal Assistant who has been a valued member of the firm since 2011. Having grown up in Warragul, she completed a 12-month Legal Business College course in Morwell before beginning her legal career at just 18 years old. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across multiple areas of law, including Family Law and Estate Planning.

Julie spent 15 years at Kevin Davine & Sons, working across all areas of law, followed by three years at Newmans Morwell, focusing on Family Law. She has since worked in various legal roles, specialising in Family Law and now Estate Planning, where she assists with Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Medical Treatment Decision Maker documents.

Based in the Warragul office, Julie is available Monday to Thursday, working closely with Kylie Boote, Emily Farr, and Rebecca Wooster. Julie is valued by the team for her high level of organisation and communication, to ensure that clients are looked after to the highest level possible. Julie assists clients through the estate planning process, so that they feel informed, supported, and confident in all of their legal decisions.

Alongside her legal career, Julie enjoys running the family’s cabinet and joinery business, Warraview Joinery, with her husband, Troy. She also loves spending time with her two sons, and watching them achieve their goals, whether in business or sports. She makes the most of her time away from work by going on holidays, taking weekend getaways and spending time with family and friends.
