Ashleigh Fitzgerald

Ashleigh is our newest family lawyer, having joined Wakefield, Vogrig & Boote Lawyers in May 2024. She is an experienced solicitor-advocate and assists our clients in the areas of family law, criminal law, intervention orders, Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal Applications, and litigation.

Ashleigh grew up in Gippsland and was educated at Catholic College Sale before completing a Bachelor of Creative Writing and Languages at Deakin University in 2012. Seeking a career that enabled her to work closely with people, Ashleigh commenced a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) at Monash University in 2015. She graduated in 2020, completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2021, and commenced work as a solicitor the same year.

Ashleigh works closely with her clients to resolve their legal problems and anticipate their flow-on effects in everyday life. She is a strong in-court advocate and prioritises taking a holistic approach to client matter
